Bu makalede, yönetim ve eğitim bilimleri alanındaki güncel araştırma ve literatürü uluslararası standartlarda akademik camiaya sunmak amacıyla 2022 yılında yayın hayatına başlayan Journal of Management and Educational Sciences (JMEDUSCI) dergisinin kurumsal yapısı, yayın politikaları ve bilimsel ekosisteme katkıları incelenmektedir. Dr. M. Bilimsel bilgi üretiminin dijitalleşme ve açık erişim modelleriyle ivme kazandığı çağımızda, disiplinler arası çalışmaların akademik platformlarda karşılık bulması büyük önem arz etmektedir. 2022 yılında yayın hayatına adım atan Journal of Management and Educational Sciences (JMEDUSCI), yönetim bilimleri ile eğitim bilimleri temel alanlarındaki teorik ve pratik birikimi bir araya getiren hakemli, bilimsel ve elektronik bir dergidir. Senede dört defa (Mart, Haziran, Eylül ve Aralık aylarında) düzenli olarak yayımlanan dergi, periyodik sayıların haricinde özel sayılar (special issues) da hazırlayarak literatüre dinamik bir katkı sunmaktadır.

JMEDUSCI’nin temel kuruluş amacı; yönetim ve eğitim bilimleri çatısı altında yer alan tüm alt disiplinlerde üretilen özgün araştırma makalelerini ve kapsamlı derleme (review) yazılarını küresel ölçekte erişilebilir kılmaktır. Bilimsel bilginin küreselleşmesi ile yerel birikimin korunması arasındaki hassas dengeyi gözeten dergi, esnek bir dil politikası yürütmektedir. Bu kapsamda, JMEDUSCI bünyesinde yayımlanacak çalışmalar Türkçe veya İngilizce dillerinde kaleme alınabilmektedir.
